Bean Box Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

Thanks for letting Bean Box fill your morning cup! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Before initiating any return, or if you have any questions, we encourage you to contact customer service directly.

Returns

Our Customer Delight Return Policy ensures you enjoy your Bean Box coffees and products. We offer returns on defective and non-defective items and our Customer Service team will recommend replacement coffees to ensure you’re satisfied with your Bean Box experience. For Bean Box products purchased through third parties, please consult that seller's return policy.

To return products, you need to obtain a return label by contacting Customer Service at delight@beanbox.com. You may return any products purchased via the website for a refund within 30 days. Depending on your accepted Payment Method a refund can take 2-10 business days from the time the eligible product as been received.

Exchanges

Bean Box does not exchange products. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to contact customer service directly.

Refunds

1. No cash or original‐payment refunds
Once a purchase is complete, we do not issue a refund back to your payment method. Instead, if you wish to return or cancel an order (subject to the terms below), we will issue a Bean Box Credit (the “Credit”) that can be applied toward any future purchase from our website.

2. Issuance of Bean Box Credit
If your request meets the eligibility criteria set forth in Section 3, we will issue a Credit in an amount equal to the purchase price (less any shipping/handling or similar costs, if disclosed). The Credit will be available in your account and may be applied at checkout for future purchases. Credits are non‐transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and expire five (5) years from the date of issuance (unless longer under applicable law).

3. Eligibility & Conditions
To request Credit, you must submit your request within 30 days of purchase. This policy does not apply when the product is defective, unsafe, materially not as described — in those cases we will offer remedy consistent with applicable consumer protection laws.

4. How to use your Credit
Your Credit will appear in your account and may be applied at checkout. If your purchase exceeds the Credit amount, you may pay the difference. Any remaining Credit balance may be used on future orders, subject to the expiry terms above.

5. Expiration, fees and balance redemption
We do not charge inactivity or service fees on the Credit. The Credit will expire no sooner than five (5) years from issuance or the minimum required under applicable law. Subject to state law, if your Credit balance is below the statutory threshold for cash redemption, we will comply with that requirement.

Other

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time, but any amendments will apply only to purchases made thereafter, unless otherwise required under applicable law.
