Roaster's Notes
Bookkisa is a community in Guji's Shakisso district, where coffee is grown on small farms at high elevation. At the nearby Weessi washing station, managed by Ture Waji of Sookoo Coffee, careful washed processing brings out clarity and vibrancy in the cup.
