Roaster's Notes
By no intention, our favorite coffees from Peru over the past three years have been produced by independent female farmers. Marilyn Laucata’s coffee represents her efforts in carrying on the family legacy while improving what she has inherited. Through her eagerness to learn, this young producer has become a more detail oriented coffee professional who cares deeply about plant health. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for her.
