Roaster's Notes
Fleeing violence in their hometown, Martha and her husband Julio relocated to Pitalito, Huila and purchased Finca Agua in 2010. New to coffee, the couple was educated by a worker who previously tended to the land. Today Martha is known for creating some of the best coffees in Colombia including this rare lot of the Bourbon Ají variety. We fell in love with this variety in 2021 and are thrilled to feature it again but from an incredible woman like Martha.
