Roaster's Notes
Bombo, part of our Women in Coffee series, is produced by the mother-daughter duo, Celia and Alejandra. Both are members of the ASOBOMBO organic coffee association in Huila, where Alejandra launched a project last year focusing on empowering female coffee growers through technical training, food security, and gender equity. There are now 30 producer members part of the program, directly resulting in improvements in the quality of the coffee produced by the community.
