Curator's Notes
Today’s featured light-medium roast proves that sometimes simple sugars can be the most complex. Ceremony Coffee’s Thesis Blend comes straight from the mid-Atlantic shores of historic Annapolis, Maryland. This Colombian and Brazilian blend is true to its namesake, and makes a strong statement about the ideal house blend: it should be full of sweetness and able to play well with or without cream. On our scorecard, we’re giving it high marks: balanced acidity of candied fruit, caramelized sweetness of dark brown sugar and caramel, and a lasting toffee finish.
